How can I start?
Most clients prefer to take advantage of my 30-minute free consultation before purchasing my package. This consultation can be scheduled at contact. Just email me a time that works for you.
If you choose to purchase the package before the consultation, the free consultation will still be available at any time.
Do I have to follow a program?
While a program helps an individual in a very major way, it is not always entirely necessary. As your coach, I can simply be your mentor and your accountability partner if life is just too busy for a program right now. My goal is to help you reach your goal, and a program is not always needed. Let’s talk.
How much can I trust your word?
I’ve been a victim to “poor genetics” when it was truly just a lifestyle problem and a lack of solid sleep, nutrition, and training. I know I can help you do the same. However, all of my advice can not be taken as medical advice. I am a nutrition and training coach. I am not a doctor. If we make significant changes to your training or diet, I’ll expect you to discuss this with your physician.
How long does a transformation take?
You would be truly surprised by just how dramatically the body can change when there is enough discipline and dedication. When I made my transformation, I had a coach, teaching me things I could not have learned on my own. The accountability that having a coach created allowed me to make progress at an unfathomable rate, gaining roughly 40 lbs of muscle in a year. I can guarantee that together we can make you look unrecognizable a year from today.
What if I’m not looking for a dramatic transformation?
No problem! I understand not everyone is a bodybuilding obsessed nerd like myself. When you book a free 30 min consultation we can discuss exactly what your goals are and how we can get you there. Everyone needs some form of accountability to reach their health and fitness goals. While I’m not your doctor, I’d love to help you as much as I can.
